There are two options to order the DVD Series. You can print the order form and mail to the address listed. To view the order form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader by clicking on the Adobe Acrobat Reader link.

You may also pay online by using your Visa or Mastercard. You must complete the order form application when you apply online. Online ordering for the DVD Series is provided by a third party vendor. An additional processing fee will be applied to the price. No refunds will be provided for online ordering. Any refunds or reimbursements will be handled by the DT Productions. Please allow two weeks for delivery!
